Do you offer printed material describing your services and costs?

We are open and upfront about our services and rates. Both are posted on our website. If you would like to receive a package of printed material about our services and a copy of our current fee schedule, please feel free to contact us.

Can I get a service agreement which outlines the services to be provided and the cost, in writing?

We create individualized service plans for each of our clients. These agreements can be made in writing.

What are the costs for services?

Please see our fee schedule for current rates.

Will you help access insurance policies and/or government funded services on your behalf?

Our staff will investigate which health insurance policies and government funding programs may be available to you. When applicable, we will help you complete the application process for these programs.

What services are provided?

A list of our services is included on-line. If you require services that are not listed here, please contact us to discuss your needs. If we cannot provide the service you require, we may be able to assist you in locating someone who can better meet your needs.

Do you have a waiting list?

We do not have a waiting list at this time. We can provide flexible, short-term contracts to individuals who are on waiting lists for government sponsored home care programs.

Do you provide nursing care?

No, we provide non-medical home support services.
